Katie’s House is the home of The Sensory Network and a family space in the heart of East Grinstead, created to be so much more than somewhere you come for a class. It’s a place to play, learn, connect, celebrate and simply be. Somewhere you can walk through the door exactly as you are, find a familiar face and feel like you belong.

For little ones, it’s a place to grow up in, from those tiny newborn days, through first rolls, crawls and steps, and into the wonderfully busy toddler and preschool years. A familiar place they know, feel safe in and get excited to come back to.

As the home of The Sensory Network, Katie’s House brings together our baby and toddler classes, play sessions, baby massage, workshops, parties and special events, all under one roof.

But more than anything, I hope Katie’s House becomes your place.

What Is Katie’s House?

A home from home for families during the whirlwind of parenting, newborn days, siblings and everyday family life.

I opened Katie’s House to create a place that feels like home, somewhere families can come as they are, feel welcomed and supported, and find a familiar space to grow together.

Parenting is full of wonderful moments, but it can also feel overwhelming. I’m passionate about helping parents feel more confident, supporting them through the early years and guiding them through the most valuable milestones in their child’s development.

Over the years, I’ve built up so much knowledge, experience and passion to share. I wanted to create a space where I could offer more than a weekly class in a church hall, somewhere families could access specialist support, meaningful experiences and a community that grows with them.

Katie’s House is a place to grow into. From those precious newborn days, through first smiles, rolls, crawls and steps, and into the busy toddler and preschool years, it is a familiar place for children and their grown-ups to return to time and time again.

As we continue to add more unique and specialist classes, workshops, play sessions, events and support, we hope Katie’s House will become a space that families treasure for years to come.

This is such a special class for both grown ups and babies! Katie is the warmest, friendliest person — she has the most wonderful energy and both babies and adults absolutely adore her. The classes are thoughtfully designed with babies’ development in mind, and there’s a wonderful range of activities that feels varied while still centering around what the babies naturally love. The classes are so welcoming and open, and as a first-time mum, I’m incredibly grateful for the supportive, inclusive environment Katie has created. We look forward to it every week.
